In almost anything Eric views and writes about, he is absolutely correct (meaning he agrees with my opinion) and there is little need for me to take the time to say "yep, he's right." However, when he gets something so very desperately wrong, I must comment.

Smith has turned out to be my second-favorite new show this season, behind Studio 60. If you really turned it off halfway through, and I have no reason to believe that you didn't if you said you did, then you missed the best part of the pilot. What looked to be a smooth operation at the beginning of the show turned out to be pretty much a disaster when the entire sequence was shown. Even though I am married to one of the good guys (a former corrections officer) I am rooting for the crooks.

Jerico was the show I was really looking forward to this season and I was a little disappointed by the pilot. The second episode really came through so the show got a season pass on my DVR.

I'm worried about how I'm going to find the time to watch all the shows I like.

the only tv i watched last night was Biker Buildoff which is one of my favorites. that show is soooo macho and mechanical and horsepower oriented and watching it doesnt destroy brain cells or shrink your huevos like 99% of that vast wasteland that flows in my cable. my wife was watching "wife swap" after that and isaw a little of the interaction between the over-achieving competitive cheerleading mom and the slack jawed gamer dad. that is funny I dont care who you are. i hated them both.
