Just today I learned that MySpace isn't as teenager-rampant as we're led to believe (though we may believe that because we can't imagine adults would actually torture themselves with those horrible layouts).

The Daily Breeze is reporting (http://www.dailybreeze.com/business/articles/4323897.html) that half of the MySpace's users are 35 or older, according to comScore Media Metrix's analysis of its U.S. Internet traffic measurements. Only 30% are younger than 25. Just a year ago, teens younger than 18 made up about 25% of MySpace; that's now down to 12%. By contrast, the 35-54 group at MySpace grew to 41% in August, from 32% a year earlier. The study was based on comScore's regular panels for measuring Internet audiences, rather than MySpace's registration information, where users often lie about their age.

I'm looking forward to being able to see the movie. I have really enjoyed Kazakhstan's response to the movie and Borat's even funnier response to their response. Imagine them giving him an opportunity to hold a press conference in front of the Kazakhstan embassy and his walking down the street to try to get an audience with the "warlord Bush." I was laughing out of my chair.

I work at a record store and we get invites to "secret screenings" at such all the time; usually they're as Eric described ("come see this piece of crap, etc." and on the back is a glossy photo); but our invites to "Borat" were also as Eric described. I was pleasantly surprised and amused.
