How indeed?
This is an item from Internet Movie Database’s film and TV news column from last Thursday. Is it wrong that the headline made me giggle?

Totally wrong. But I see what you mean. And giggling is better than vomiting, which is what the sentence that follows that headline made me do.

No. It just shows, that like most men (including myself) are still 12 years old on the inside.
It’s a bit like that scripture in the bible that says something along the lines of “Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s a@%…” I’m nearly thirty, and I still giggle every time I come across that one.

I had no idea Brian Williams had a killer package. No wonder he got the job, and he stays behind that desk.

A British website, Butterfliesandwheels, has the perfect comment on this package. It headlined the item ‘BUFFOON ENACTS STUPID RAMBO FANTASY’.
I think this is the way to go. Do not sympathize. NBC should have turned the package over to the police, then ignored it, except to mock.

@Ray: NBC News should have ignored the package? Not a chance. If you were the news director over at NBC and this sort of bombshell lands on your doorstep, you would be an idiot NOT to show it. Good taste be darned, this sort of stuff is ratings gold.

I hope NBC handles the package carefully or they might go blind.
