		<description>Eric, I worked with you many years ago on the copy desk on The Universe (not The Daily, because it was summertime). I have enjoyed reading all your stuff through the years. I'm glad you've recognized the occassional miss amongst your hundreds of hits. And I'm glad you've persevered through the misses. Because putting your writing out there for people to read is a very vulnerable thing, and unless one has done similarly, it's hard to throw stones. Also reading this timeline has made me glad for the Internet and afraid of what (and why?) stories are produced in newsrooms across the country.  

P.S. Stephanie Meyer's Web site (the woman who wrote the Twilight series) says her favorite site for movie reviews is ericdsnider.com.</description>
