Hurray! I remember that and Rumble in the Colony from Final Cut. Two of the best films from that, I think. I didn’t think anything from there would see the light of day again. Thanks!

Wow, that was funny.
This is actually great for Eric to have. Now whenever some emotionally unstable 14 year old girl writes an almost coherent letter castigating Eric for a negative critique of her favorite actor, Eric can respond to her standard fallacious argument, “How can you say he’s a bad actor? It’s not like you’ve been in any movies,” with this clip. Hooray! He’s finally a legitimate film critic!

I met Phontaine once after a Final Cut (he was a friend of a friend). I just remember his Rumble in the Colony from 1999. I wonder where he is now too.
