The inhabitants of ‘Lost’ island are baffled, too
If you’re a “Lost” fan, this video might be particularly amusing to you. It’s simply a montage of characters saying “What?,” presumably comprising every instance in seasons 1-3. (Don’t worry, there are no spoilers.)
Note that while some of the What?s are the innocuous kind — “I didn’t hear you, so please repeat yourself”; “What’s wrong?”; etc. — most are the kind that means “What the hell are you talking about?!” or “What you just said is extremely alarming or surprising.” And that’s exactly the reaction you’d expect the people on this show to have on a regular basis. It’s kind of comforting to realize they’re as confused as we are. (Via SlashFilm.)

That made me laugh.

What is SUCH a weird word.

Yay! It was like watching LOST-to-date in only two minutes! I loved that it was chronologically compiled. There appeared to be more usages of “what” in the first and beginning of the second season. It was about one and a half minutes for seasons one and two and only half a minute for seasons three and four.

Glad to see it hasn’t changed much since I stopped watching halfway through the 2nd season…

I watched the show until the end of the third season and then just thought “Naah, I’ve had enough of this sh**e”. How many years of unanswered questions can one take? Turns out, not that many.

Too bad for those that bailed. Still an awesome show.

Ha, I beat you all. I watched the first season and said to myself there’s no way this show will be as interesting as it’s trying to make itself. The mysteries are going to be drawn out as much as possible, and when I finally get any answers, they will be lame. Haven’t watched it since.

Man, now I’ll be laughing at every “What?” for the rest of the series…

Really sorry for those who left, there’s been all sorts of answers lately. Plus its just such a well-made show.
