Just because E! Online has some mistakes doesn’t mean that you have to as well. The Super Bowl (Feb 1) will be immediately followed in all time zones by the return of The Office. The Office episode on January 8 will be The Surplus which is a rerun.

Good point, Jason. I knew I should have taken that extra five hours to independently verify every single entry on the schedule to make sure E! Online hadn’t gotten anything wrong.
January 5th, 2009 at 1:21 pm
I’m not saying that you have to verify each date individually. That’s what we’re here for. That’s why I gave you some new information…I want you to be better and more accurate than E! online.
January 5th, 2009 at 1:29 pm
And had you simply provided the new information, all would have been well. It was “Just because E! Online has some mistakes doesn’t mean that you have to as well,” which seemed to imply some scold-worthy error on my part, that was vexing. But maybe you didn’t mean it that way.
January 5th, 2009 at 1:51 pm
Yes! Flight of the Conchords is coming back! All is well in the world.
January 5th, 2009 at 2:57 pm
My bad. I simply added that as you had said: “omissions or errors should be addressed to the good people at E! Online, not me” and I was too lazy to contact them directly.

I hear Pushing Daisies is not to return at all….so sad.

Wikipedia says there are new episodes of The Office on Jan. 15 and 22, with the post-Super Bowl episode on Feb. 1. The episode on Jan. 8 is indeed a rerun. Sorry, Jason Wright and Eric D. Snider, but I’m deferring to the Fount of All Knowledge on this one.

I’m excited. What?

I see that NBC hasn’t scheduled the BBC’s “Merlin” after all. When it bought the show (http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2008/apr/03/bbc.television ) it said it was going to air it on Sunday nights in Winter 2009. I don’t have a way to watch US TV anymore (except maybe online?) so I hadn’t noticed that NBC had apparently commissioned a British production of Robinson Crusoe. Has anyone watched it. Is it any good?
