The point is, my original guess of “a couple weeks” was very wrong. Also, FAME covers 4 years and tries to do it in 107 minutes. The end.
ROTK says 13 months from leaving Shire to returning. Then I guess almost 3 more yrs. pass before Frodo comments on shoulder injury.
Well! @dannymears says at the end of ROTK, Frodo tells Sam that it has “been four years” since he got stabbed in the shoulder!
Also, is it bad that the only time I ever check my “@EricDSnider” replies is when I specifically ask for answers to something?
Nerd @mst3krulz says LOTR spans 2 yrs., 7 mos., 1 day. That’s the books, but we’ll assume it’s the same for the movies. Thanks, nerd!
How much time passes in the LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy? Something like a couple weeks?
FAME: How could you feature Frasier and Lilith yet never let them share even a second of screen time??
Did you know that John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John were in another film together after “Grease”? And did you know that it was a baffling, illogical, poorly conceived romantic comedy called “Two of a Kind”? You did? Oh. Then you’re ahead of me, because I didn’t know any of this until recently. Anyway, “Two of a Kind” is the subject of this week’s edition of Eric’s Bad Movies at Film.com. It makes me think J.T. and O.N.-J. should have gone ahead and done “Grease 2,” too. I mean, why not?
Read the harmless letter written by a 6th grader. Then read the comments to see anonymous cowards rip him apart. http://bit.ly/1Zldv
