All modern movies about vigilante justice owe something to “Death Wish” (including “Law Abiding Citizen,” which comes out tomorrow), and it helped extend Charles Bronson’s notoriety into another couple decades. The four sequels to “Death Wish” are, by most accounts, all terrible; rather than watch them all and choose the worst one for Eric’s Bad Movies at Film.com, I assumed the final entry, “Death Wish: The Face of Death,” would be the worst. That’s usually a safe bet with this sort of thing. Plus, it has that great subtitle. THE FACE OF DEATH!!
