Katz and Ben decide to reorganize their closet space, and they hire a company to do it. But first Ben has several potential bidders check it out, and he is intimidated by their great knowledge of closets. Katz learns that the reason Laura has such well organized closets at home is that she keeps all her winter stuff at the office. Katz doesn't like the final result, because all the compartments are too small.

• Elayne Boosler: Had her dog put to sleep; used to imagine what he would sound like talking; "men want to be close to someone who will leave them alone"; has trouble with her computer, especially getting it to print envelopes.
• Mike Rowe: Annoys Laura with his percussion/music noises, which he makes with his mouth; wants to be an Elvis impersonator; dad was a handyman and had to be led to his daughter's wedding using a broken toaster as bait; golf announcers use the same voice you use when you're calling in sick; he's going bald, and people use him as a reference point.
