I think Rip Torn is a pretty funny guy, and this is a pretty funny picture.
He must be a student at the Nick Nolte/Gary Busey school of Drunk Driving. Maybe this is what passes for incognito.

I agree with Randy except I think they should lose all their fingers so they can’t grip the wheel.
