A merry Neil Diamond Christmas

Here’s a video that some friends of mine made last year. It’s a familiar song given a new Christmas setting, and darned if it isn’t just about the cheeriest, merriest little video you ever did see. I don’t even know what it all means! But it sure is nice.

The people whose house is visited at the end are my old friends the Clarks (stars of “Stalking Santa”), including their children Miles and Owen, the latter of whom you may recall once had bees in his head.

Still gets me. Right … here.

    That was very entertaining.

Coincidentally, I think one of my BYU professors from this past semester is Mrs. Clark’s father.

    I really enjoyed that.

Occasionally I look at my son and KNOW there are bees in his 2 year old head.

Although I didn’t realize it when I read the original Owen and Miles column, now that I have my own two year old boy, I can confidently say “bees in his head” is THE most accurate description of two year old boys, EVER.

Is it a Christmas Carol-line? I like the idea that there is a layer to this joke that I didn’t get until about a half hour after watching it.

Amp: Plus, the bees are crazy.

  7. Momma Snider Says:

    And that was absolutely delightful!

  8. Amp Says:

    Amen, Momma Snider.
