‘The Dark Knight’ update
I double-checked with the publicist, and I’m not supposed to publish my review of “The Dark Knight” until Thursday at the earliest. (Friday, really, but since there are screenings at 12:01 a.m. Friday, no one will freak out if the review goes live sometime Thursday.) I’d be inclined to wait until then anyway, just to follow the natural order of things. If I post this review early just because some people are eager to hear about the movie, then why not post the next one early, too? And the one after that? Where does it end?
As you will learn when you see “The Dark Knight,” it is very important that society follow a system of law and order. Otherwise there is chaos.
So this is not a review, it’s simply an observation:
