Comics … IN MY PANTS!

You may be familiar with the juvenile (yet endlessly entertaining) game of adding “in my pants” or “in bed” or “in the bathtub” to the end of fortune-cookie fortunes, song titles, or famous sayings. Someone is doing it with comic strips now, replacing the punchlines with “in my pants.” He even matches the fonts, which is a nice touch. Enjoy yourselves (in my pants)!

Comics in My Pants.

Man, I am laughing so hard at this. Not because the “In My Pants” thing is particularly funny, just because comic strips are so stupid. I can’t believe that anyone ever looks at them. AND I guess the “In My Pants” thing is kind of funny, really random.

  2. ClobberGirl Says:

Were any of those comics even a little bit funny before the “in my pants” thing was added? Doesn’t look like it to me.

  3. Randy Tayler Says:

Huh. First non-funny thing Eric has ever pointed me at, ever. Not one of them was giggly to me.

Of course, maybe I’m biased. I did once find our dead puppy Mittens in my pants.

  4. Savvy Veteran Says:

For me, they seem to be hit-or-miss. But I did enjoy 2 of the Crankshaft strips, and one of the For Better or For Worse strips.

  5. Red Says:

Maybe if I tried to laugh and then snorted as I breathed in . . . . But then it would be the snorting that was funny and still not the comics. Is this a Three Stooges kind of thing? I don’t get them either, much to my husband’s dismay.

  6. Clumpy Says:

The sad thing is that this guy does like five strips a day. It’s the exact same joke every time. Might I suggest http://garfieldminusgarfield.net/ or joshreads.com instead?

  7. David Manning Says:

Yeah, but it never stops being funny.

  8. hanna Says:

    like vlogbrothers!

  9. Chocolatestu Says:

That Garfield minus Garfield strip is hilarious! Thanks, Clumpy!

  10. Ben C. Says:

I would also suggest the “comics curmudgeon(sp?)”, I think I saw it linked on the CIMP web site. Also, Marmaduke explained… http://marmadukeexplained.blogspot.com/
