There’s nothing sweeter than retards in love, as demonstrated in “The Other Sister,” which is this week’s edition of Eric’s Bad Movies at Film.com. A friend of mine swears that when he first saw the trailer for this film, he didn’t realize Juliette Lewis was playing a retarded person. He thought she was just being her usual whimsical Juliette Lewis self. And as someone on Twitter just pointed out, “That movie makes me uncomfortable, but at least they cast real retarded people as the leads.” See? The jokes practically write themselves.
