Ben wins first runner-up in a WFEN radio contest to ride in the traffic helicopter. He hopes the real winner can't make it ("like if he explodes in a bloody mess in his house"), and he gets all psyched up for the possibility. He goes to the roof of Katz's office building to practice. He calls dad on the phone and pretends to be in a chopper. And wouldn't you know it, he doesn't get to ride in the chopper. He gets over it.
- Dom Irrera: He thinks he can be an actor or dancer; dresses in African garb; wants to be Katz's friend outside of therapy; tickles Katz and dances with him; wears adult diapers; over closing credits rants about having just paid for nothing.
- Conan O'Brien: Argues with Ben over the pronunciation of "been"; tells Ben he hopes his dad doesn't ask him about sex; tells Katz he's shy about his body, etc.; has a recurring dream where his parents and various famous dictators from history are in the audience, taunting him. This is only the second time Ben has ever directly interacted with one of Katz's patients; it's probably because the actor who plays Ben is an occasional cast member on Conan O'Brien's late night talk show, and the two are probably buddies.
