Biweekly link roundup – May 14-27

My first trip to the Cannes Film Festival was even more amazing and exhausting than I thought it would be, and I thought it would be pretty amazing and exhausting. Bayer and I did seven episodes of “Movie B.S. with Bayer and Snider” while we were there, for your listening pleasure. I wrote some reviews, too (linked below), for Film.com and Movies.com.

My travels prevented me from seeing “Battleship,” “Men in Black III,” “What to Expect When You’re Expecting,” and “Chernobyl Diaries.” That is the price one must pay for going to the Cannes Film Festival. I’ll probably catch up with “Battleship” and “Men in Black III” at some point; the other two, probably not.

Things should be back to normal this week, with new editions of Snide Remarks, Eric’s Bad Movies, Re-Views, and My Shame List. This will make everything OK again.
